Shipping Policy

At SKYNISH, we are committed to delivering our products quickly and safely throughout Pakistan. This policy outlines our order processing, shipping procedures, delivery expectations, and next steps in case of any issues.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Typically, we process orders within 1–2 business days once full payment is confirmed.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders made after our daily cut-off time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message (if opted in), which will include tracking details. 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 1–3 business days  
  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days  

Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service we partner with to ensure timely deliveries. 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage and displayed before payment is completed.
  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available — specific conditions will be listed on our site during those promotions. 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp (if provided).  
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance in tracking your shipment. 

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item or if your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

 We will investigate the issue upon receiving your evidence. If confirmed as incorrect or damaged, SKYNISH will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for errors or damages typically will be covered by SKYNISH. 

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Please note that SKYNISH does not accept returns or replacements for products returned due to a change of mind. We encourage careful selection. For damaged or incorrect orders, please follow the outlined procedure above. 

Items Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs — unless the return was due to SKYNISH or the courier’s fault.

Ensuring your shipping information is accurate at checkout is essential; please inform us right away if you notice any errors.

Lost in Transit

Should your order be marked as lost while in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier to investigate and may offer a replacement or store credit based on the findings and product availability. 

Packaging & Safety

  • Every order is packaged securely to protect its contents during shipping.  
  • If your parcel appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us right away with images via WhatsApp or email.
